In the transition to automated and automatic manufacturing an urgent problem is increase reliability of mobile robots (MR) their drives, creation devices monitor technical characteristics MR, diagnose predict remaining resource. Inspite high relevance diagnosing MR drives problem, there are no generally accepted methodology for criteria selecting methods, parameters volumes diagnostics at present. An unsolved related diagnosis prediction residual life remains, development methods that allow carry out complex multiparametric using artificial intelligence methods. Effective fault detection can improve drive avoid costly maintenance. this paper a scheme synchronous motors with permanent magnets based on fuzzy system proposed. The sequence current components (positive negative currents) used as indicators set input detector. expediency proposed determining various types faults motor under operating conditions simulated SimInTech software.
